Solution:
- Open Self-Service application
- Select “Your Printers” on the left sidebar.
- Select “Install Now” your desired printer.
- Confirm that you’ve added this printer by opening “System Settings”, scroll to the bottom and select “Printers & Scanners”.
- Click print
- Expected Outcome: You should be able to print on your desired printer.
- Confirmation: Confirm that you’ve added this printer by opening “System Settings”, scroll to the bottom and select “Printers & Scanners”.
