How to Connect a Printer to Your Mac

  • Issue: Printer Connection 
  • Solution:
    1. Open Self-Service application
    2. Select “Your Printers” on the left sidebar. 
    3. Select “Install Now” your desired printer. 
    4. Confirm that you’ve added this printer by opening “System Settings”, scroll to the bottom and select “Printers & Scanners”. 
    5. Click print
  • Expected Outcome: You should be able to print on your desired printer. 
  • Confirmation: Confirm that you’ve added this printer by opening “System Settings”, scroll to the bottom and select “Printers & Scanners”.
