Issue:
Unable to access the STiD app after getting a new phone.
Solution:

Uninstall the app:
- Remove the STiD app from your phone.
- Navigate to your phone’s settings and clear the app’s data.

Request a new link:
- Contact the IT team and request a fresh link or virtual card.

Reinstall the app:
- Download the STiD app again from your phone's app store.
- Accept all necessary permissions (Bluetooth, location, etc.).

Receive the virtual card:
- A member of the IT team will send a link to activate a new virtual card.

Complete setup:
- Follow the link and finalize your setup. You should now have access to the building.
Expected Outcome:
The STiD app is successfully installed, and the new virtual card is activated. You can now enter the building using the app.
Confirmation:
- Ensure the app opens without issues and detects the building's Bluetooth connection.
- Verify that the virtual card appears in the app and functions as intended.
