Connecting Jabra Headphones to Your System

  • Issue: Jabra headphones are not connected to your system properly (Mac or Windows).
  • Solution: For Mac:
    1. Plug Jabra Link 380 into a USB port.
    2. Open System Preferences > Sound.
    3. In the Output tab, select "Jabra Link 380".
    4. In the Input tab, also select "Jabra Link 380".
  • For Windows:
    1. Plug Jabra Link 380 into a USB port.
    2. Right-click the sound icon in the system tray > Sound settings.
    3. Under Output, select "Jabra Link 380" and click Set Default.
    4. Under Input, select "Jabra Link 380".
  • Expected Outcome: The Jabra headphones should be working as both input and output devices.
  • Confirmation: Test the audio by using the system’s "Test" button in sound settings.
