Issues with the app

I downloaded this app after reviewing the website. I’m considering taking the seminar with hotel bundle. However, when opening the app it gives you a login with options email and PIN. I have not been given a PIN nor do I know how to request one. Do I need to purchase the seminar tickets prior? Is this app user friendly to all people or just a specific target audience such as current customers?
