How to Create Non-Service Products for Traditional Service-Based Businesses - #6 in the 8 Ways to Scale
Re the #6 way to scale in the 8 ways that Pat talked about in Module 4 (the 8 ways to scale), which is for service-based businesses:
What if I don't want to just offer my service (such as legal service, which is still mostly trading-time-for-money) as my offer/product beyond stage?
Can you please show us a way to develop a non-traditional product (that's not personal-service in nature and can be scaled) out of our traditional service-based business? I don't want to do a 180. I want to still be able to utilize my expertise and experience that I've accumulated from my service-based business which I know best.
