Best Transitional Phrases

Pat,

To me the phrase "That's all I have to say about that, now I'm going to talk about my next point" as a transition seems a bit cheesy.

I definitely understand the importance of clear transitions, but do you have a "better" way to say it? Or is it really best to just be that straight with it?
