Productize A Service

For 10Xers in the personal service industry (for instance I'm a lawyer), how do we develop a product aligned with our signature talk, so that we no longer have to trade time for money and can scale and 10X our business, free from the traditional constraints on personal (labor intensive) service business? Thanks.

  And by the way, by "product" I don't mean just a packaged service to be offered to more people (which is still a personal service and labor intensive).  I mean an actual product that can be mass-produced and mass-distributed.
