Goal Writing Question - How Long Does It Take You?
Hi,
My name is Terry Carter. I just joined the 10X Mentor Program and just attended my first live call.
I have been writing down my goals and daily targets for a few years now.
After the call I'm starting to do it at night, last night was my first night.
Grant said briefly that it is only a 5 minute process.
For me my morning routine which is a thankful/gratitude list, some free writing (just putting down whatever is on my mind), goals, and writing some mental reminders for the day takes about 40-45 minutes every morning.
Mix in my stretching (the Tibetan Rites) and breathing exercises, it takes about an hour.
Then I workout or surf and then I begin my day around 7am or 8am.
Does it take anyone else this long? How long does it take to do what you do in the morning?
