How to find Corporate events

I have had "success" in the past, speaking at Corporate events (wherein a company holds an event/conference for its own employees). I've spoken at 3 Fortune 100 events but each time they found me and invited me.  Since these types of things aren't available to "be Googled," any suggestions for finding companies/meeting planners that do this sort of thing?  I have a leadership development topic, so pretty much ANY industry/company can benefit from it.

  I would suggest riding around and taking names down into industrial blvds. Small towns have tons of these. If you want to market ypur self call the companies you havs ib mind to soeak to the human resource mamagers. The easiest way to get their info is go through the secretary face to face with something memorable other than juat a business card.
  A perfect time ti do so us Valentine's day.
  Get goody bags at the locsl dollar store and feel them up. If ypu drop hy with a card attached to a bag of littke goodies thats a sure fire way to get a second appointment.
