BHAG and Formula

I am so sorry...I am playing catch-up but ALL IN!

of my 4 goals today (1-help my wife grow her mobile spa business beyond individuals / couples but to event and wedding planners and corporate events, 2-start and grow an online eCommerce business using funnels that I can later show others how to replicate, 3-start a foundation where prison inmates within 18 months of getting out or longer and corrections personnel use Cardon U and other GC material to grow and develop and become ready for society upon release and improve population/staff relationships and 4- to create a foundation to help first-time buyers bypass the urge to own their home and go straight into owning a duplex or fourplex and teaching them how to manage them like a business so they can learn to replicate the effort and avoid the pitfalls of single-door ownership, especially when life happens),

I have chosen to use #1 as my first BHAG. The question is, how to make it in a way that drives home a selfless approach or if I should somehow combine it with one of the foundation efforts.

We want to focus on corporate events given those present the best opportunity for repeat business in addition to working with event and wedding planners. Should we say: "To help companies and planners provide employees and clients a unique experience through high-level spa care that brings harmony and improved health to increase productivity and service levels"? or "To provide 1000 businesses in Miami-Dade County with the ultimate mobile spa experience by 2025" (knowing that the ultimate goal is to find a way to make this a nationwide system)?

We only have numbers for individual services since we are just launching the event portion to many (focusing right now on weddings but looking to start offering to offices/companies). We do not know what the numbers would look like and would greatly depend on how many is the event for. How do we best estimate this if we are able to not only provide massage, but also facials, make-up, mani/pedicures, tanning and hair, each of which would add to the bottom line and the combinations could be many...?
