Good Day Pat,

I have a Language Instruction business with a unique approach.  My presentation is for educators, specifically classroom teachers who monolingual Spanish speaking students in their classes (every classroom in the United States has Spanish speaking students in their classes, but have difficulty teaching them English with 25 or more students in the class).

My question:

I'm serving teachers, but the recipient of the instruction are the Spanish speaking students.  The teachers need to be given the presentation concerning our process and product, but the teachers won't be providing the face-to-face instruction to the students; my certified teaching staff will be providing the instruction. 

So, am I serving the classroom teacher, the student, or both?  How do I state this in Lesson 2-Clarity?
