Head Content- How to protect your proprietary "how to-s"

Hi Pete and Pat,

Do you recommend that the proprietary "head" content be copyrighted...or is that necessary ?

Also, everything that we all know was learned from somewhere or someone else,

so it seems it's the HOW that allows it to be deemed proprietary.  Can you please elaborate more on how to "bullet proof"  our content ?....please advise....thanks ")
