Heart Story and Proprietary Process

Question 1

My seminars are on dental implants.  Is a good heart story my journey from trauma to my smile at 14 years old to a new confident smile at 35 years old?  What is the better angle, the fact that I am a patient like everybody else struggling with confidence and always in the chair, or more of the fact that I had the procedure done that I speak about.

Question 2

I am having a hard time thinking of a proprietary process since the recipe is fairly common.  Any ideas to help with the thinking process to help identify what is unique about mine?  Is it my gentleness, use of technology, or something else.  

I know this is specific, but any general ideas to break this brain fog would be appreciated.
