Finding synergy between product vs. what value I can add

This is Elisa. I am a successful real estate syndicator and investor. Over my interaction with my investors, I have accumulated a lot of financial knowledges. Over my interaction with my investors I have observed a gap between female and male investors. This makes me want to help my fellow female investors to be more knowledgable and welling to go out there and take actions. I want to create a set of training program to help them get there. On top, it has been my dream to create a kids financial education program using TV, Cartoon and stages to help our next generation more financially savvy. How can I get all these desire to create impact and tie it together with what I know and provide a product that helps people I want to help?
