Online platform

What are your suggestions for developing an online training or coaching platform?   I’m going to be speaking on a unique approach to weight loss/health and would like to design an online coaching system to be able to maximize the monetization of my speech and leverage my time. I’m not sure what systems to model and ours like some guidance.
