Developing a Story

I am a female leader in the technology field for a fortune 100 company. I do not have a product. Many tell me I am inspirational and motivational being that I came from another country and have emerged and succeeded being Latin and a woman in a technology field. Is this a story that would sell? How do I know what my story should be? Would my product become a book? An autobiography? How do I know what path to take?
