I don't know what type of real estate I should get into. I'm 72, and in good health, But I know I have more years behind me, than in front of me. What type of apartments should I get into? What types of deals should I make? I wish I would have found out about this stuff many years ago. But you always play the hand you're dealt.

  It's not over until it's over.  Go for it.  Buy 3 bedrooms with 2 baths, or an apartment 4 plex. Think bigger if you can.
