Left hand not talking to the right hand
How often does this happen and are there long-term repercussions? I've been feeling this everywhere with almost every company lately, starting from the top and spiraling down to the customer experience. - I would think lack of communication and cohesiveness would be a greater fear for lack of consumer trust that it wouldn't get to the point it has, yet somehow PR has allowed it to reflect in the media and at the consumer level. Am I the only one concerned?
